Our Assisted Purchase Fee

Item Sourcing & Purchase – $5/MYR20.00 per item.
Online Checkout – $2/MYR5.00 per link.
Local Payment / COD – $2/MYR5.00 per package.
Offline Purchase – Starting from $10/MYR40.00 per item (based on distance, urgency, and queue).
Meet-Up with Seller – $1/MYR2.00 per km.

With Drella Assisted Purchase Service, makes shopping easier by handling online or offline purchases on your behalf. From cash-on-delivery to local QR or online transfers, we manage the payment process and ensure your items are delivered safely to our warehouse—so you can shop with confidence, hassle-free.

Our Policy

T&C

Additional packages cannot be added after consolidation; new arrivals will be scheduled for the next shipment.
Storage period begins from the day the first package arrives at our warehouse until a consolidation request is made.
Drella is responsible for packages only while within our warehouse premises.
Packages unclaimed for 80 days (after 3 notifications) will be discarded.
Consolidated packages without payment after 15 days will be discarded.
Restricted, dangerous, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Requested items that have not been paid for will not be purchased by us.
Drella cannot be held accountable for items that are sold out as a result of the user's delayed payment.
Shipping charges are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight (L × H × W ÷ 5000).
